SUGGESTED FABRICS: Garment Fabric: Swimwear fabric with Spandex, two-way stretch fabric with 50% stretch or more. Lining: Swimsuit Lining, lightweight poly blend with four-way stretch. You can also use swimwear fabric to line your swimsuit.
FABRIC REQUIRED: 58″ or 60” (150 cm) wide fabric. Top: 1/2 yard (1/2 meter) of swimwear fabric, 1/3 yard (3/8 meter) of lining fabric. If you are lining with the same swimwear fabric: 7/8 yard (3/4 meter) of swimwear fabric. Bottom: 1/2 yard (1/2 meter) of swimwear fabric, 1/2 yard (1/2 meter) of lining fabric. If you are lining with the same swimwear fabric: 1 yard (1 meter) of swimwear fabric.
NOTIONS: Top: 1 1/8 yards (1 ¼ meters) of 3/8” elastic, thread, ¼ yard (1/4 meter) of sew in boning, 1 pair swim cups (optional). 2 Cord ends (optional). Bottom: 1 1/8 yards (1 ¼ meters) of 3/8” elastic, thread.
