Ilay Dress: Two girl’s dress options. View A:. Scoop neck A-line dress with ruffled bottom, flutter sleeves and heart-shaped patch pockets. View B: Scoop neck A-line dress with knotted puff sleeves.

SUGGESTED FABRICS: Two-way stretch fabrics with at least 25% stretch. Light to medium-weight stretch fabrics such as polyester spandex, nylon spandex, cotton jersey and wool jersey.
